Important 2026 Registration Information!

Greetings GDRV Owners!

This year there are changes to the registration process for the 2026 GDRV Gettysburg event only. An outline of those changes and the associated timelines are below. If you have any questions, please email us at gdrvgettysburg@gmail.com and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.

Registration for the 2026 event will be divided into two phases:

1. Phase 1 will begin on March 8, 2026 at 3pm EST and is specifically geared to FIRST TIME ATTENDEES. If you have never attended a Grand Design Regional or National Rally, you will be given first availability to register for the event at this time.

2. Phase 2 will begin on March 15, 2026 at 3pm EST. At this time, ANY GDRV owner may register for the event regardless of previous attendance at a regional or national rally.

Why are we doing registration in two phases? 

Anyone who has ever been to a GDRV Regional or National Rally knows how rewarding the experience can be, an opportunity to make new friends, experience local attractions, and support great charitable causes are just a few of the benefits. To continue growth of the GDRV family, we feel it is important to allow those who have never had the opportunity to participate in a rally to get a chance. Because of the popularity of the regional rallies, many first timers are often frustrated by the competition to get tickets. We have also received a great deal of feedback from our Vendors that it is difficult to reach new owners and therefore difficult to justify the expense of continuing to support the event.

Will the first-timers have access to all the tickets for the event?

Absolutely not! We are only allocating a certain portion of the tickets for first time attendees, once those tickets are gone, the remaining will be open to anyone wishing to attend. We are not trying to keep past attendees out of the rally, but hoping to include additional new members into the family!

How will registrations be verified for those that have never been to a rally?

Everyone who has ever attended a GDRV Regional or National Rally has submitted their VIN as part of the registration process. GDRV has a database of all the people who have attended all the rallies, and we will be submitting the VIN information to them to validate that they are indeed attending for the first time. All first time attendees must agree to these terms during registration.

What if I attended a rally previously, but now have a new GDRV camper with a new VIN that won't be in the GDRV database?

If you have attended a rally before you cannot register as a first-time attendee, you will need to wait until March 15th at 3pm.

Is Grand Design RV mandating this change for the Gettysburg event?

No, GDRV has not requested or mandated this change, however, they are very much in support of efforts to grow the GDRV family and see this as one way to achieve that objective.
